Back to the Picture has been providing custom picture framing to San Francisco and Bay Area residence from its valecia Street storefront since 1985. Additionally, hundreds of established and emerging local and Latin American artists have exhibited within its gallery walls, alongside our collection of fine art.[1]

Back to the Picture maintains a private collection of works by contemporary artists and 20th century masters. Comprised mostly of color lithography, the collection includes works by such master artists as Rufino Tamayo, Salvador Dalí, Alexander Calder, Robert Gatewood, LeRoy Neiman, Jose Luis Cuevas, and more. Contemporary artists in our collection include Ester Hernández, Carmen Lomas Garza, Otto Aguilar, Calixto Robles, Juan R. Fuentes, Art Hazelwood, and others.[2]
